Turn replies into conversations

Where LinkedIn replies land, how to review the suggested answer, and when to propose a meeting.

A LinkedIn reply stops the remaining sequence steps for that person. From there the thread is a conversation, not a campaign.

Where replies land

Open a lead in the campaign's Outreach window and switch to the conversation view. Your LinkedIn messages and the lead’s replies sit in one thread, with the reply at the bottom and a drafted answer under it.

Leads carrying something you have not read wear a dot on their avatar in the list, so you can work through the campaign by dot rather than by scrolling.

Review a suggested reply in the context of the conversation.

What the draft does

The drafted reply answers what the person just said, in your voice, and asks for time only once they have shown interest. It does not open with a calendar link on the first answer.

Edit it, send it, or ask for another take. This is the same approve-before-send rule as the first message.

Review the answer before sending

Agaria prepares a suggested reply in the conversation. Check that it answers the lead’s question and matches what you can offer. Edit it if needed, then send it.

When the lead proposes a time, review the meeting proposal before accepting or suggesting another time.

When someone says no

A clear "stop contacting me" takes the person out of the sequence. Nothing else goes to them from that campaign. A soft "not right now" is treated as an ordinary reply, so you can answer it yourself and decide when to come back.

What to do next

The point of all of this: Book the meeting.
