Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and agaria (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, installing the extension, or using the service, you accept them. If you use agaria on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these terms.

The service

agaria is an AI sales outreach tool. You describe who you want to reach; agaria finds prospects, drafts outreach and replies, runs the actions on LinkedIn and email from your own accounts, and tracks the results. LinkedIn actions run inside your own browser through the Agaria extension. All of it can run automatically: with automatic approval on, agaria finds, approves and contacts prospects and follows up on its own, within your plan’s daily quotas. You stay in control of the settings: you can review and approve each lead and message yourself instead, and pause or stop a campaign at any time. Whatever goes out goes out in your name.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and use agaria for business purposes. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once if you suspect someone else is using your account. You are responsible for everything done through it. One paid seat is for one person.

Acceptable use

You agree to use agaria lawfully and respectfully. That means following the laws that apply to your outreach, including privacy and anti-spam rules such as the GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and following the terms of the platforms you connect, including LinkedIn’s User Agreement and your email provider’s policies. You will not send deceptive, harassing or unlawful content, impersonate anyone, collect data beyond what the product’s features provide, resell or share access, or try to interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the service.

Your LinkedIn and email accounts

agaria acts on accounts you connect, at a pace kept within the daily quotas of your plan, because platforms can restrict accounts that behave unusually. Those quotas reduce that risk but cannot remove it. Your accounts remain yours and subject to their own terms; any restriction a platform applies to them is your responsibility, and we recommend keeping your outreach relevant and personal.

AI-generated content

Drafts, research summaries and suggestions are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review drafts when you approve them yourself, and keep your instructions and settings accurate when you let agaria run automatically. Either way, you are responsible for the messages that go out in your name.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Paid plans are priced per user per month, as shown on the pricing page, and billed through Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Fees are not refunded for unused time unless the law where you live requires it. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects you. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Your data

The prospects, messages and campaign data in your account belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. We do not sell your data and do not use it to train models. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy.

Our property

The service, the extension, the agaria name and mark, and everything we built to make them work are ours. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use them under these terms, and nothing more.

Availability and changes

We work to keep agaria reliable, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and we may add, change or retire features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users or the platforms we rely on, or has unpaid fees, after telling you where we reasonably can. Sections about your data, our property, disclaimers and liability continue to apply after the account ends.

Disclaimers and liability

agaria is provided as is. We do not promise particular results such as replies, meetings or revenue. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. You agree to cover us against claims that arise from your breach of these terms or your use of the service in violation of the law or of a platform’s terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date, and announce material changes in the app. Using agaria after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where agaria is established, and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection the law of your own country gives you. Questions about these terms: write to youssef@agaria.ai.
