Questions and answers
What you control, how outreach runs, and what to expect before you start.
What should I review before starting outreach?
Check your target audience, offer, message tone and sequence timing. Leads wait for your approval by default, so you can review who will be contacted before starting outreach. Once a lead is running, Agaria writes and sends the sequence messages automatically. You can pause outreach for a lead or the campaign.
Will a lead still receive follow-ups after replying?
When Agaria detects a reply, it stops the remaining sequence messages for that lead. The conversation stays available in Agaria so you can read the reply and respond. Other leads in the campaign continue through their sequences.
Can I check why a lead was selected before contacting them?
Each lead includes a fit score and a “Why this lead” explanation based on their profile, company and available activity. Review that research against your target audience before approving the lead. If the matches are off, update the campaign’s targeting brief before finding more.
What can I try for free?
Every new account starts with $100 in free credits, with every feature and unlimited campaigns, and no credit card. After that it is pay as you go with no subscription: $10 of credits covers outreach to 20 leads, with their research, messages and follow-ups.
Will scheduled messages send if my browser is closed?
LinkedIn actions only run while the Agaria Chrome extension is connected in an open desktop browser. Use Chrome, Edge, Brave or Arc and keep your LinkedIn account connected. Closing the browser pauses sending; queued actions can resume when you reopen it, subject to your sending schedule and account limits.
Does Agaria change my target audience as results come in?
Your targeting brief still guides the search. Once a campaign has enough replies or booked meetings, Agaria also uses patterns in those leads’ roles, industries and company sizes to guide future searches in that campaign. It continues exploring other profiles instead of focusing only on the first group that responded.
How can I tell where a campaign needs attention?
The Analysis tab shows leads reached, reply rate, booked meetings and the campaign funnel. Leads waiting to be contacted point to approvals or sending conditions to check. Reached leads with few replies suggest reviewing targeting and opening messages. Replies without meetings are a reason to review the conversations and offer.
Does connecting my CRM import its contacts into Agaria?
CRM sync sends approved leads, their companies, stages and message history from Agaria to your connected CRM. It does not import your CRM’s contact list into campaigns or bring CRM edits back into Agaria. You can turn automatic sync on or off for each connection in Settings.
Does an interested reply count as a booked meeting?
Interest alone does not count as a booking. A proposed time remains a proposal until it is accepted. Confirmed calls appear in the campaign’s Meetings tab and sync to your connected calendar.
