Book the meeting

What happens when a prospect names a time, how to accept or counter it, and where booked calls end up.

A meeting is the only outcome this whole machine is built for. When a reply moves toward one, agaria stops writing and asks you.

When a reply names a time

agaria reads each reply for intent. A prospect proposing a time, accepting yours, or asking for the invite creates a meeting opportunity. Interest alone does not: "sounds interesting, tell me more" stays a conversation.

Review the proposed time in the conversation or Meetings tab. Accept it or suggest another time before the call is confirmed.

Turn an agreed time into a confirmed meeting, synced to your connected calendar.

Accept or propose another time

The Meetings tab of the campaign shows proposed times with two buttons: Accept, or Propose another time. Accepting turns the proposal into a booked call. Countering sends your alternative back into the conversation.

Where booked calls live

A booked call sits in the Meetings tab with the date, the video link and the guests, and it lands on your calendar. The campaign counts it as a booked meeting in the funnel, which is the number the analytics care about.

After the call

agaria's job ends at the booked meeting. What happens in the call, and after it, is yours. If a prospect goes quiet again after a meeting, start a new conversation from the thread rather than putting them back into a sequence.
