A new campaign is an empty list. Find leads fills it, and nothing is contacted until you say so.
Find leads
Press Find leads on the campaign page. Agaria searches across LinkedIn profiles, employees at target companies, and people who engage with relevant posts. Your brief guides the roles, industries and locations it looks for. Research then helps identify the leads that fit.
It keeps going until it reaches the campaign's target lead count, which starts at 25 and lives in General, up to 500. Later runs are Find more leads, and they skip the people already in the list.
Read the score, then the reason
Each lead carries a score out of 100 and a Why this lead note. The note is the part worth reading: it says what happened at the company, what the person owns, and why the timing is what it is.
If the notes describe people you would never call, the brief is wrong, not the scoring. Fix it in Audience and Offer, then find leads again.
Approve the ones you want
Leads wait for your approval by default. Approve the good ones one by one, or select and approve in bulk once the pattern is obvious.
Approval controls who can enter outreach. Self-learning uses campaign outcomes: which profiles reply, which book meetings and which haven’t responded. Those patterns guide the next search for more leads in this same campaign.
Deleting a lead takes it out of the campaign entirely.
Raise the floor instead of rejecting by hand
If you keep rejecting everything below a certain score, set Lead score threshold in General. Leads scored under it are dropped before they reach the list, so you only look at candidates worth the time.
Turn approval off when you trust it
In the campaign's Behaviour tab, Lead approval switches from Manual to Auto. Approved leads then flow straight into the sequence.
Leave it on Manual for the first campaign. Switch it once two or three batches in a row have needed no corrections from you.
What to do next
Before the first message goes out, spend ten minutes on Teach agaria your voice. It is the difference between a draft you edit and a draft you send.
