Manage and delete your data

This page explains how to disconnect a mailbox or a calendar from Agaria, how to remove Agaria’s access in your Google or Microsoft account, and how to have your data deleted. The privacy policy describes what Agaria reads and keeps.

Disconnect a mailbox

1. In Agaria, open the account menu and choose Settings.
2. Under Email, choose Mailboxes.
3. Open the menu on the mailbox’s card and choose Disconnect.

Agaria then deletes the mailbox’s tokens and the message identifiers it kept, and your campaigns stop sending from it. For a Gmail mailbox, Agaria also revokes its access at Google when no other Agaria connection uses the same Google account.

Disconnect a calendar

1. In Agaria, open the account menu and choose Settings.
2. Under Workspace, choose Calendar Integration.
3. Open the menu on the calendar’s card and choose Disconnect.

Agaria then deletes the calendar’s tokens. The meetings it already added stay in your calendar. For a Google calendar, Agaria also revokes its access at Google when no other Agaria connection uses the same Google account.

Remove Agaria in your Google or Microsoft account

You can also remove Agaria’s access from your provider’s side at any time, even without signing in to Agaria:

• Google: open myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Agaria and remove its access.
• Microsoft work or school account: open myapps.microsoft.com, find Agaria and remove it.
• Microsoft personal account: open account.live.com/consent/Manage, find Agaria and remove it.
• Apple calendar: Agaria connects with an app-specific password. Delete that password in your Apple Account at account.apple.com, under Sign-In and Security.

Agaria then cannot send from that mailbox, check it for replies or add meetings to that calendar. Disconnect it in Agaria as well, so Agaria deletes its tokens.

What stays after you disconnect

Replies that Agaria imported from a mailbox stay in Agaria after you disconnect it, so you and your teammates keep the conversation with each lead. You control them in the app:

• Removing a lead from a campaign hides its replies.
• Deleting a campaign erases its leads’ messages and replies.

The first 100 characters of a reply also stay in your notifications. On the Pay per reply plan, the first 280 characters of a billed reply stay with its charge record. Support can erase these for you.

Delete replies or your account

Agaria has no button to delete an account. Write to support@agaria.ai from the address you sign in with, and say what you want deleted: the replies of a lead or a campaign, or your whole account with its data. We delete it from our systems.
